Balancing Chakras means to release the tension in the Chakra and allow the energy to freely flow through it again.
However, Jenn believes that in order to release tension, the client must first realize what has caused the tension. This discovery process involves a quantum coaching session to take place before Jenn begins her rebalancing techniques.
Imbalances can easily happen if we hold emotions and thoughts that express an unresolved relationship with the Chakra’s themes and challenges: When we judge, resist or close down to the experience, instead of fully allowing and consciously witnessing it. Pretty much like any physical tightness contracting the Chakras can become habitual and automatic.
